Given the scale of this initiative and the areas to further explore within the Canadian Marketplace, our team recommends undertaking of a full Market Readiness Assessment (MRA) with Juno. An MRA will provide additional context, details, and insight regarding the health solutions for the Canadian Market which can then be utilized to refine the initial scope/scale noted in this PRA. This process will assist the PEDs team with further information to revise the scale of the initial pilot and potentially lower both the timeline and costs to realize the pilot and is recommended as a critical success factor to move the initiative forward.
To provide an indication of the level of technological effort based on the information borne out of the PRA process, a potential timeline and budget model has been provided. The goal of the timeline and budget is to provide an indicative starting point for planning and budgeting purposes. The budget and timeline noted below are subject to modification upon further review / research and refinement of the solution scope.
